Optimization and production kinetics for cellulases by wild and mutant strain of Thermomyces dupontii in stirred tank reactor

چکیده
The main bottleneck in fermentation technology is scaling up procedure of industrial enzymes according to the biological characteristics organism. current study describes production kinetics cellulases stirred tank reactor by using mutant and wild strains T. dupontii. span both bioreactor was examined. It found strain dupontii time required for optimum reduced 48h as compared 72h strain. kinetic studies also exhibited greater value µ (h-1) case mutated comparison with effects some other critical factors like agitation intensity dissolve oxygen, aeration, temperature, size inoculum pH estimated on enzyme kinetics. results shows maximum activity attained at 220 rpm, 15% aeration rate 1.5 vvm, 55°C, 8 % 5.5 respectively. higher values i.e. Yp/x, Qp, Qx qp STR indicates its superiority over Thus thermophilic might be a potential candidate applications.
